  Great service brilliant blend of attention and letting you get on with it. Pricing was very reasonable and gear is great quality. Get around this West Aussie business and make sure they are here to support the Bike Community for a long time.

  I purchased stirrups from Dark Selections internet site in May 2019. I did not receive the stirrups and followed up with the company many times over a 6 month period. I was provided with various reasons for the delay. As I had still not received the stirrups by December 2019, I asked for a refund and had to follow up several times before this was provided. A stressful and very disappointing experience.

  I ordered a mattes girth cover and 9 months later still no cover. Occasionally Lesley will respond to your emails or answer your calls to keep stringing you along, but clearly she has no intention of suppling your order. Now to try get my money back. Do not buy anything from here!

  I ordered a Mattes girth in Dec 2018 and 8 months later I am still being promised that it is coming. I would have ordered elsewhere but i do not have another $389.00 to get one. I have made many phone calls and sent many messages. After many calls and messages she finally calls back. I have just made an enquiry with fair trading as I would like to get my money back so I can order through someone else.

  Terrible I ordered 2 x saddle pads and one ear bonnets December 2018 it’s now almost end July 2019 7 months later still waiting

  Very unimpressed. I ordered a girth in Sept 2018 which still hasn't arrived. I've called six times
  (they haven't contacted me) and each time there are excuses and promises that it will be sent. I gave up and ordered an identical one from another company - it arrived in six days.)
